Trained at highly respected academic institutions, Briess staff lead research, development and quality initiatives in constant pursuit of innovative services and solutions to help our customers succeed.
From operations in Wyoming to production plants and administration in Wisconsin, the Briess team includes many veteran employees. Their experience, knowledge and customer relationships serve as an anchor for consistent delivery of high-quality products, service and support, and mentoring new employees.
Briess staff are frequent presenters at technical conferences, trade organizations, and academic institutions, helping to educate aspiring craft brewers, distillers and food scientists. Onsite educational opportunities are offered to craft brewers at the annual Briess Malt & Brew Workshop in Wisconsin, and the Briess Bighorn Barley Tour in Wyoming. Developed to help craft brewers develop a deeper understanding of barley and specialty malt production, these programs are taught by Briess staff and guest speakers.
